Anyone seen these guys live? I'm taking my GF to see them on August 7th, just curious as to what I'm in for. It's not really my type of music, but a couple of their songs sounded alright. What do you guys think?

The Fray is ok in my opinion.... They got their start here in CO, and have done pretty well so far. They're pretty mellow.

i have never been so bored at a concert, i love music and can make the best out of any show.
they are the only group i walked out on.

Well, that's the problem. I'm 19, so the only way I'd be able to drink is to somehow take my own stuff. And I'd probably get backhanded, seeing how we are both under 21 lol

You've never heard the Deftones in concert. They need to add and a into the first part of their name, and then it'd be true to what kind of show they put on.

the quality of a deftones live show is completely related to how drunk chino is when he hits the stage

some where between moderately drunk and slightly shit faced = good show
somewhere between completely fucking bombed and passed the fuck out = not good show

its a complete roll of the dice though and there is no way of knowing which chino is showing up to the show that evening
