Just got the integra dash swapped in using the integra harness.

Everything works except the blinkers and dash lights. (Hazards do work)

Anyone have some insight on what I need to do for the dash lights and blinkers?

I figured that the yellow/black wire from the teg harness needs to go to the yellow from civic harness but that's as far as I have gotten.

Any insight? Thanks!

What's the point of this swap? It's not like the Integra's interior is that much better then the Civic's. In fact, I think I almost prefer the Civic's interior to the Integra's. The Civic's drink holder is much better...

I would look into a helms for both cars and use the diagrams to troubleshot wire colors and connections to existing wire colors.

And I think the Dash is cool. It seems so different with the cluster being sucked under the cluster shade of the dash. But its a lot of work. You're there now so look into wiring diagrams or look around for someone to share their helms with you.

Integra drink holder sucks. The only thing that fits in it is a beer.... I mean a can of soda.

I've seen an RSX dash in a CRX. Looked sweet.

I love how it looks. Not to mention my interior was peanut butter / spray canned black so i ripped it all out.

My buddy happened to be parting his teg out.

Appreciate the help!

Let me ask this. On the

DIY over at honda-tech it says to put the yellow/black wire from the GREY gauge cluster plug to the yellow wire on the GREEN gauge cluster plug.

Can I just cut the wire/take out the pin from the grey plug and then solder it into the wire on the green plug?

Also the blinkers and dash lights are in no way linked correct? I probably just connected the dash light wire to a wire on the teg harness that isn't even used. Or the SRS .. I just need to get back up to the shop and start lookin around.

There are like 5 different wires on the integra harness that aren't used.

If your stock interior was trashed, then I guess it makes sense. Otherwise though, I don't see what makes the Teg's interior so much better then the Civic's. I've had both, and I didn't find the Integra to be that much nicer.

Oh well, to each their own I guess...

Yea, I got EVERYTHING for free. But the coolest part about it is that noone has done it much less heard of this conversion where I live.

Plus, I now have an in dash tach instead of this gigantic monster dragracing tach thing. :p

Update: I just checked out some wiring diagrams in manuals at O'rileys. Now i'm not the best at understanding them, i think I have a better idea of whats going on.

it looks like the dash lights (integra) are in the same switch/relay/box thing lol, that the blinkers are. My guess is that when the blinkers are hooked up the dash lights should be active as well. Anyway, I'll update once I get off work and try it out.

I would leave your car's plugs alone and splice/soder the wires. You can do it how ever you want but IMO the plugs should still be there (take out the pins or just chop and connect)

update: got the blinkers working. Now the only issue is that the dash lights still don't work........... ??? back to the board tommorow! please feel free to add any suggestions.

Yea, Everything is out of the same car. a 1997 Integra LS.

This is where I think the mixup is. The Honda-Tech tutorial deals with an OBD-1 teg. This one I'm working with is OBD-II.

But as of now everything works except gauge cluster backlights. everything else works including oil light, blinkers, headlights (bright), s
