i think americans need to really start looking at re-considering spanking. i mean, but beat them till their veggies or iron their face, but a good hard smack to the face or something. kids just arent scared of parents now adays and they're their own bosses. and child labor is good.
 
I dont know about you ladies but I plan on instilling the fear of god into my boy when he gets older. He turned three the end of May so he isnt any trouble these days. When I was growing up I knew who was the boss and that a solid ass woopin was in my future if I screwed around.

And you know that this was done with a cell phone. Parents need to quit giving into their kids demands. When my son is older there will be no computer/cell phone/ cyborg whatever the hip new thing is in his bedroom. I dont want him bugging some girl to send him some nudie pics and end up with his ass in prison and having to register as a sex offender.

ALSO IMO: IF THEY CHARGE HER WITH A SEX CRIME THEN THAT WILL FUCK HER RIGHT OF THE GET GO. The charges in that article don't make any sense. They wanted to try to charge a minor with posession of child pornography, when they were pictures of herself?

Sounds like a stretch to me, she should have known better than to try to post them on myspace anyway.

There have already been half a dozen minors in various parts of the country that have been tried for production, disprobution and possesion and they where found guilty. This girl actually got damn lucky because the standard has already been set.

One of the most horrible perversions (no pun intended) of child safety laws, and of justice in general, ever.

A law or supreme court decision needs to come out yesterday about not applying the punishments of child safety laws to children. Especially when it's themselves!

It's like making suicide eligible for the death penalty.
