Alright here is my advice dude....
Driven a 300hp civic before hun??? intresting
Go find that civic and steal the motor or buy it lol... J/K
Simple Swap.... is go order a H22JDM Red Top type S.... Rebuild the internals to handle some boost... Go to Gready, tell them what motor you have and you need a turbo kit for it, then go to aem, get the right fuel rail ect, then move on to Hondanta get a nice ECM
with an awesome tune, also stiffen up the susspechion and beef up the breaks cause with that set up I bet your pushing close to 400Hp if not more... all for under proably 10k

Bro... I have a better idea for you.
Keep saving your money for a while, and during that time, do A LOT of reading about anything you can think of that pertains to HONDA engines. I mean MONTHS of reading. At some point you will realize how much work ACTUALLY goes into any of those swaps, and the funds necessary for any one of them.
BTW you will have saved up quite a bit by then and be a lil better prepared to make a good decision.
Look, I'm not trying to look like some expert on Hondas here.. but when I hear the questions posed in this thread, over and over.. I realize that all the reading I have done, actually makes me look at your posts and go, "WTF YO?"
So do that, and be prepared. Also at the point where you have a good bit of cash lying around, I'd go and get a nice turbo setup, and a decent ECU and tune. Plus, with more money you could focus more attention on the handling/braking aspects of it too.
I would much rather see myself go at all this stuff at once than spread it out over a longer period of time, whail not knowing what the hell I'm doing from the get go.
So in a nutshell.
Save. Read. Read. READ. SAVE SOME MORE.
Once you feel confident enough in your knowledge, just tackle your build.
This is good advice, too.. a friend of mine by the name of Steve Soto laid it all out on me when I came in asking about wheel sizes and SRT swaps on Neons...

If he can install all of that himself then MAYBE you could do it for under 10k. Having a shop do it though? No fucking way...

because hondaswap has it almost all covered 10x over all a person has to do is use the search button. and if they want to know if its a good source of info all they have to do is look at the members rep if its bad or not for example yours is red, so ppl dont need to take you to serious

We are here for ask questions about stuff that is hard, not stuff that has been posted 1,000 times. This forum is almost 10 years old. 99% of stuff has been covered already. if you are just searching for what is best READ THE FUCKING FORUM. it's all been done before.

The guy bitching is the one that bitched at me in another thread b/c I said I was sick of telling guys what swaps can be thrown in....only to never hear from them again for thanks or to show their pictures. They have, what I call, a wild hair up their ass and want to 'think' about possibilities. This is why shops act like a-holes when I call for product information. They're burnt out on guys calling to never really do anything about it.
