yep....mmhhm.......yep...
Ok, as we all know my prelude is turbo charged and it over heats when i get on it hard. So here is what iam going to do. I am getting an alum. Radiator that goes to a civic. Its alot smaller than the oe prelude one. Should be easier to keep cool and give me lots more air space to help keep it cool. Going to hook a fan on each side of the new radiator. What do ya'll think? Will it work?^_^

yeah sounds awesome, good idea ,and i got those injectors today thx man.lol

well the reason for two fans is one is an e-gay slim fan. so i will use that one and one of the oem fans.

Do you think it will work better on the inside or the out side of the radiator?

either should be fine really i just like it that way, more room, the fan its self dont get as hot, and when your in stop and go traffic, its blowing cool air on it not the hot engine bay air

ok so i installed the civic radiator (dual core all alum.) and the dam thing still gets hot!!!! but i do have alot more room now and its getting better air flow. i think its that dam e-gay fan that i have. i am going to see if i can get my oem fan to go on there and if not i am going to drop a 100$ on a good slim fan!!! any sugestions?

make sure you have the fan wired right, if its wrong it will still turn but will be much slower speed

yeah i know that. but they are not. i have the fan mounted on the front side of the radiator, so it is blowing air through the radiator into the engine bay. all that has been checked. i think its just not strong enough to cool off my coolant. probly cause i am turbo charged and it makes alot more heat than if i was just running headers. what else could i check? if i get on it for a while it will start to over heat. it has not got into the red. but it still runs hot. and if iam in heavy traffic it will start to over heat.

well just make sure it has enough fluid in it.

yeah i did. just kind of frustrating. i spent 119$ on the radiator. guess i will have to spend another 100$ on a good slim fan. but before i do i am going to make sure that will fix it.

idk man it seems like the fan should work even if its ebay, if its working right it will be loud as hell like a airplane about to take off.

well it doesnt and it spins fast but it doesnt feel like it blows very hard. feels week. i might go to a junk yard and try to find a elec. fan off of a big truck or something.
