I get between 10 - 50 calls a day for business. Im stoked that I got the invite.

Now i can read the horrid voicemail's i get. The entire purpose of my job is to weed thru the garbage to find the decent clients... This service will definitely make things faster for me.

Anyone else here use this or try it?

I havnt gotten my invite yet. I plan on scoping it out though. I am still rather confused as to how the whole thing works and if it would work really well for me. I have heard a lot of folks sing its praise on some other forums so I am sure I can find a use for it.

Its a service that links your phones, provides visual voicemail (you can read the transcripts via a computer), and screens your callers.

Perfect for me. I get shitloads of calls every day. Ive been using it today . . . . so far . . . . so good

I have my desk phone and my mobil set to my GV number. My desk phone is set to only ring between 10am - 7pm m-f, my mobile always rings.

about 3 months ago, and then again yesterday. so who knows which one took.

i also have google accounts for just about everything though... adwords, adsense, analytics, etc etc and was let in early to all those betas too

B did you record a custom greeting? Does it kick in if you do not pickup? In the help forms, many users are having issues with this. I am also having probs w/my clients hearing the standard "google" greeting instead of my sexy voice.

Got my invite yesterday and set it all up. Not sure how much good it will do me as there is no dialer support for the Pre yet aside from rooting it and jacking around with the OEM dialer.
