starting out... i need help

so i was thinkin bout gettin a 92-95 eg with a d16 then swap a b18 or b20 in there. i need to know what im gonna have to do. i am mostly worried about the mounts, can u just drop it right in or am i gonna have to weld at all. another thing im worried about is what ecu i have to use. feel free to elaborate on what other challenges im gonna face. does the tranny from the d16 work on b18 or not?

it should just drop in me and my friend had taken a b18 from his 93 civic that someone else already installed and then put it into his 95 delsol so i mean it should just bolt up, but im sure if u use the search engine or just browse u ,may find it, besides im new here an let u know dont worry about the the dicks that wnna be pricks they just wannna push buttons, well good luck, BTW what u wanna do to ur civic is the right way to go

alright fuck nuts... Use the search bar, I know a hell of alot more then u do.. 1st off, use the refrance section it will tell you what ECU you need for what engine you got. U say B18? B18 What??? also with a B seriers motor you will need diffrent mounts, they make all sorts of kits, next no the transmition will not bolt up, you need to go get 1. 3rd I did educate you, by telling you to use the search bar, we get 10000000000000000000000000000 x10 power of people asking what do I need, im not lieing when i say its all in the Refrence section, trust me it will save alot of people from pankaking u....

But ya get the Mounts, Get the Corect Motor which you want it to be obd1 other wise ya going to need to do alot of not so fun crap, get a B series Trans, I like the GSR but thats just me, there are much better ect..... and as for a brain its up to you and what you want to do, i've seen chipped p28's, I've also seen others... there happy
