Filed my taxes in April. I got my federal return at the end of April.

Guess what just deposited finally into my account today? Thats right, my state refund. Four months later? Seriously... now this is retarded.

To quote BDN because I know what he'll say: "What a bunch of lazy assholes."

You must not realize how many times you use the words lazy and assholes. lol

the woman still hasnt gotten her state check... she filed in February

lol
i was gonna say, at least you got money from the state instead of a fucking IOU like cali

did you ever go online to check status?
might have been a processing error, or else the state was just broke i guess

Thats what happens when you live in the middle of America

That sucks, I filed mine in Jan and it came back before the end of the month.

It could be worse, at least it's not an IOU

The odd thing is, Indiana was one of the few states that actually had a surplus in the coffers at the end of 2008/beginning of 2009.

eh... well i would say texas ties with florida, as it's the same situation here...

I've spent a week in both Florida and Texas, they seemed exactly the same to me.

Like you said, they feel the same yet its actually a lot hotter in Texas. I was in San Antonio for a month, and have gone to Florida to see family almost every summer since I was a kid. Theyre both hot as hell but I was never as uncomfortable in Texas. It also depends on what part of Florida (how close to the coast.)

Yea, well you'd HAVE to pay me to live anywhere the sun does'nt shine for six months straight too!
