I was in line today to get a burger at the local outdoor fast food joint. I live by the beach and these three chicks (prolly 18 y/o, although not sure) had just gotten in line.

I was in the back, just waiting for my number to be called. The chicks were wearing some nice two piece bikinis and had really good asses.

I admired for a few minutes, then I had the great idea to use the "video" function on my new iphone. I always trade pics with my cousin in Australia because he seems to think they have hotter women out there than we do out here.

So I opened my phone, and click what I thought was the "record" button. Turns out the iphone was still in camera mode, and a nice loud "CA-CHINK" (the sound of a camera shutter) rang out loud as all hell.

All 3 girls turned around to look at me at once......I had the iphone held up high so that I could take the pic.....but it was too high to play it off as me just messing around.


I wonder if there is an APB out on a 30 year old pervert taking pics of 18 year old chicks in bikinis right now.....Had they called the cops....I would have just politely explained to them that I wasn't a pervert, I was just trying to take a video of their tight asses to prove to my crazy 48 year old cousin in Australia that (per capita) our chicks are the best ones out there.
 
I don't normally take pictures of chicks asses with my phone, mind you. The last "pic" me and my cousin traded was when I was able to convince my slightly drunk neighbor to take her top off on my balcony on the 4th of July.

some laws on this type of thing:
first thing is that they cant make you delete, alter, or turn in the photo, you took the picture with your camera (or camera phone) and its legally your picture.
they cannot make you give up your phone or confiscate it because it is not illegal to take pictures like this, explained in next point.
they are in a public place, that promises no privacy or security, if you choose to take a picture of the person, legally, theres nothing that can be done. they can politely request to not have any pictures taken, and you can honor that request if you wish. but, being in a public place, they have no promises or agreements to privacy. so, it doesnt fall under voyeur or peeping tom laws.

so, it was fair game. if they didnt want pictures taken of themselves like that then they shouldnt go out like that. even in a beach town, its all fair game, unless its a private area.

just some food for thought.
 
Dude if your in Cali just tell them your a producer. And throw a business card at them. Guaranteed they would be scratching each others eyes out to blow you.

I have a Palm Pre and they specificity do not allow you to disable the camera sound for this exact reason. Up skirts are all the rage apparently.
 
Should have looked around as if the noise came from somewhere else. lol.
 
Hey sorry....these chicks have tats and the last thing I need is some asshole bf looking for me with a shotgun. If they weren't so easily identifiable, I would. It's only ass shots.

p.s. I hate your screename. I hate Injen intakes.....they suck. Running one now, stupid fucking thing caused a CEL and BMW won't work on it because it is aftermarket. Now I gotta spend time and energy putting stock intake back on.

And there are people claiming that dynos are showing power LOSS when heatsoak occurs. Not too hard to happen on a summer day.
 
Pfff they will never know, put it up in the NWS section. It his protected by a super secrete password. In all seriousness though the Google spiders cannot see whats in NWS so it's all good.
