ABC and NBC have refused to air this add on a National level. The networks say they do not want to give airtime to "partisan" political speech, however IBM and other companies/groups have been running adds that promote univcare for several weeks. I remember seeing IBM adds touting how great things will be when they implement their "medial records" software platform.
