fuel pump issues

last week i drove home from work and when i got there shut off the motor it would nt start back up so i replaced the fuel pump and relay and checked fuses still nothing,but my srs light is on could that be my problem ,dont know,if anybody has any ideas for me plz help me out...

yeah it cranks, and i tried running the pump manually to see if it would start still nothing ,but now it just keeps cranking even if i dont have the key in or turned to on position,but the relay is good and pump and fuses still confused ,you got an idea what could fix it ,need serious h e l p !!!!!!!!

yeah ifound out its the big brown fuse in my fuse box under the hood that has a little plug wire ,it controls all functions for ecu anyways it burnt up(smells really bad) but having a really hard time finding it any where, so does any one know where i can get one??
