I've seen the first video a few times in the past, I always wondered why would it stall? vacuum leak? and if you do buy an ebay kit, buy one with a cast manifold
 
word..the ebay kits are actually pretty nice..we have a couple of guys running them here in ct and they have only had a problem with manifolds cracking...and the occasional blown turbo seals...but for the price i think its worth it..
 
something doesnt seem right with an ef running a 12 flat with an ebay turbo kit.. maybe he spent all his money on building up his engine and went broke when it cake time to buy his turbo set up :)
 
i have a turbo kit on my prelude...... i just upgrade when possible. now the only thing left that is e-bay. is the turbo its self.......

Lol, yeah really. A SOHC revving to 8 grand and turbo'd has to be built.

Either that, or it's not going to last long.

One thing to remember is this: You're only seeing one video of that car. You have no idea what happened even on the pass after that.

I have experienced eBay parts first hand on my car and on others' cars. IMO, it is not worth the risk at all.
