Troubled rapper DMX the latest celeb trying to cash in on MMA - Cagewriter - MMA - Yahoo! Sports

In a recent interview, DMX said that he is working on two albums now because "the streets need him." He didn't mention any training for MMA, but hey, who needs to train for a fight? The good news for DMX is that MMA is not regulated in Alabama, which is why freak show fights like this can happen.

i would bet all my money that dmx doesnt show up for the fight. he cant even show up to present and award for the vma's
 
He'll probably end up making a song about it, and living off that for another few years.
 
I've been thinking, if I was black, I'd take full advantage of it. That means writing some lame rap about how I'm a gangster and how I shoot cops and fuck bitches. Make a few million, put it all into real estate and then be set for life.
