Meeeeooowww!!!!!
does anybody have pics/info on how you ran your drain line? cause im having some diffculties doing so... it would help thanx

the drain from the turbocharger 2 oil pan is really really really close... like so close its hard 2 bend the line to fit i tried shortening the line and its 2 short 2 bend.. so i was either thinking hard line or 2 45 degree angle fittings with a straight line.. but idk

ill try 2maro.. there prolly is im juss over thinking it... lol its cause this the pretty much the only thing holding me bacc cause i get my new turbocharger on friday and i wanna have everything ready so i can juss bolt everything up...

You can always go with rubber hose. It's more flexible and won't kink on you. I'm running a piece on my setup right now because the braided line wasn't flexible enough for what I had going after I put my Moroso pan on.

What kind of manifold is this, and where is the drain setup to go into the pan?

It's a mini log manifold from straightlinespecialties.. And I'm using a rubber hose rite now and it pinches on me..

A mini log and it sits really close to the pan? Strange.

What turbocharger is on the car at the moment, and is it the turbo you will be using when the car is running?

Also, I'd suggest trying to re-clock the turbo. You might be able to change the angle of the drain in order to keep it from kinking on you.

I hope your engine dosent like oil pressure and runs better with no oil, because thats whats gonna happen when that rubber hose explodes.

I have seen two take a shit at the strip, talk about fucking everyones day.

Use braided lines, do what you may to get oil to the turbo but please use braided lines.

The return line is fairly low pressure. I picked up some 80psi hose from my local house of hose and it seems to be working fine.

yes i have a high temp goodyear hose and it works just fine. i am pushing 18psi and about 400+hp. and i have had no problems out of mine. that being said. make damn sure your oil feed line is top notch. steel braided and of a good brand. mine was about 60$.

I'm running a t04e.. It's tookin apart rite now I'm getting a new 1.. But I have a mock up turbo I put on and the drain line is diffcult 2 put on.. I'm going 2 try and re clock it a Lil more 2maro and see what happens..

Yeah, try re-clocking it. I just can't see how a log manifold would create a problem such as this. Pics would be best, I could probably give you an idea of how to clock the turbo from there.
