only if the motor and turbo are good and you can get it registered in the u.s. check import laws first.

if you can see some dyno and track slips that it's making those numbers because 12 seconds at 119 seems kind of out there to me, but who knows. I personaly wouldn't buy it even though you would be saving quite a bit of money, but that's the fun with cars, building them and making them your own

i would consider it if i wanted a 20 year old car. damn, thats really old. lol

yeah, i would have a very hard time spending that much money on this.
on any honda really. unless its newer. you know, from this millennium.

the problem with buying modded cars, heavily modded such as this, you really dont know whats done internally unless you can take it apart and have a look.
i have known so many people claim that they have a fully built motor, and blah blah blah, but in reality its just bolt ons, and they are douchebags.
also, i have known many people who bought a car under the impression that they were built, and they end up being stock, with just the bolt ons.
usually they are maxing out the boost and whatever else they can dump into it to give it the more power, to make people think that their claims of fully built are true.
but once you buy, it blows, its no longer their problem.
in my view, unless you know the person well, or watched the car get built, i wouldnt buy it.
i never buy modded cars off of strangers because most of the time, they are selling because they know that the car isnt going to last much longer.

so once you buy, a burden is lifted off of their shoulders, and know you have a ticking time bomb that you just spent all of your money on.
you know, you can get so many nicer cars for that price.

12's @ 119mph could be due to no traction. That might be what it did on street tires. 119 mph is in the 11 sec range on full slick with a half decent 60'... but u have to remember, your buying someone elses headaches... I would pass and build my own...
