Hi, i have a Honda Prelude 1994 Si model with F22b engine. It has been giving me error code one for the HO2S sensor. I have cleared the ECM and on numerous occasions the MIL comes on with the same fault. Do i change the HO2S sensor or is there something else causing the problem. I find when doing flat foot acceleration it feels as though the engine is starving of fuel but with moderate feeding of the accelerator it pulls fine. I heard that at times the Temp sender unit confuses the ECM which in turns adds more fuel. If there is anyone who has had a similar experience that can help solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

yeah you need to fix the code its self, not just reset it, you got to fix the problem before it can go away

Considering the year of the car, you may want to consider milage but I would change the O2 sensor, maybe check the fuel system, if the O2 is reading a lean condition if the fuel filter isnt flow well. Ive seen Hondas throw the O2 code in both lean and rich conditions.
