Mount kit, shift linkage, jumper harness, cable to hydro tranny conversion, 90-93 integra driver side mount bracket, 90-93 integra rear mount bracket, wiring for mpfi... these are just the main things I can think of off the top of my head right now...

Bseries into EF is the next step up from a dseries...its very easy and the most common..
goodluck and have fun..type-r in an ef is pretty great

you will need a different hood to fit the taller engine. I believe the jdm hood works great.

let me touch on this a bit. It all depends on the mount kit. I've seen a few people with hasport mounts have no clearance problems.

Back when I had my crx, I had the Place Racing mount kit and I was running into a clearance problem with my b16. What I did was I placed a few washers on the tranny mount and driver side mount to drop the motor about half an inch. worked like a charm :) clearance was really close but these mount kits are usually stiff as hell so the motor wouldn't rock back and forth and hit the hood.
