I live in acton. I am looking for a fellow ef enthusiast in my area, antelope valley or santa clarita that would like to make a friend to work on cars or just hang out. I know this sounds weird and probably isn't in the right forum area but there are no ef guys let alone honda guys in my town. I would just love to find someone in my area that shares my enthusiasm. Love Honda swap and give back as much as I can. Ef's are the shit!!!!

I'm in Lancaster but sadly my current EF is completely stock :(

My Kids, school, and work is taking up all my time and money but i'll be back in the game after I graduate. My next build i'm aiming for 500+ WHP :)

going to UTI huh? I went out to Wyoming to get some knowledge from Wyotech. I have a Dx hatch that I am restoring, I did a full wire harness swap and put in a jdm d15b vtec that I had laying around, in the process of interior and paint. I have a 89 si hatch parts car that I am taking the seat belts out of, yay no more door belts!!! If you want to do that 500whp built with someone I am down to help!!

Yeah i'm currently going to UTI. So far i've completed Basic Engines, Undercar (Suspension and what-not), Power Trains (Manual Transmissions, rear ends, driveshafts, ect...), Brakes, Electrical Fundamentals, Electrical Diagnosis, Automatic Transmissions, Climate Control, and right now i'm currently doing Fuel and Ignition Systems. Next it's onto Drivability and Emissions. I got 7 more classes after that to finish core and then it's on to the UTI Avondale, AZ campus to take Diesel.

How did you like Wyotech? I gave consideration to Wyotech but the campus out here offered other things such as Nursing and that didn't sit well with me. I wanted a trade school that was dedicated to pretty much one thing. Also, when I took the campus tour at UTI I was sold on how great the training aids are. We got clip cars for everything we learn on. The one complaint I do have about UTI is that they let anyone in. There are so many immature-wanna be's that they give UTI a bad name when they get out into the real world and start fucking shit up.

Yeah I would enjoy the company/help during my build but i'm not sure if i'll still be out here after I graduate. Hell, I don't even know if i'm gonna still be in Cali period. After Diesel, they could offer me a job anywhere :)

I stay in littlerock/palmdale..
and I have started to notice people bringin out EF's more out here then the usual EG's and wat knott..

where u live at??

Wyotech was alright. They make it so anyone can go there and they write the course material that way. The campus I went to had really good training aids, cutaways of everything. Teachers were really good too, they would tell you all the little tips and tricks that they learned over the years. They did cool things like car shows on campus too.

I have actually been making trips out there to work on my buddies pos hyundai ( do people think that since it is similar to honda that the car will be similar too? i hate these pos cars lol).
