fog light question

I have a 96 ek hatch that i am doing a 99-00 conversion on. I've been looking at fog lights to put on it.

My question is, do i need to find a kit that works for a 96-98 or a 98-00?

98-00 should work fine.

I'm looking into some fogs as well and it seems they make fog kits that come with switch and everything. Ebay has too.

if u have a 99-2000 conversion u need the fog kit for that year bumper

You're going to need a set of foglights for a 99-00 Civic. They fit in the slots in the bumper as opposed to the 96-98 which just sit in the grille basically.

Also, I can second egfreak's reasoning with the eBay foglights. The fitment is crap, it is very difficult to get them looking right.

The more i hear bout ebay, the less they seem good for parts.
