Theres a local guy with an Accent like below and I'm guessing he has an intake because when he gives it some throttle it sounds just like a Honda with an intake.

Anyone else notice this? And why both companys have similar engine tones?

Accents can easily be pretty quick. the older generation accents and elantras came with mitsubishi motors... 4g93 1.8 sohc and the 4g63 n/a.

IIRC the motor pictured above is a 4g93 dohc variant...

I literally lol'd when I saw your name on the "last post by" indicator. Mounties. Nuff said.

It may be white and north, but isn't great going a little bit too far.
I think when they say great they mean large. ;)

You guys re-elected a monkey. I'd say great, in comparison, is accurate.
I'm too young to elect. :(...:)

Pardon me, I'm a ratard, but are you saying it's a great think to have Harper vs. Obama or a bad thing?

EDIT: I really am retarded, you're a Canadian lolz...:D you're talking about Bush.

it has that valve cover with a spark plug cover!!!! OMG!!!! that must be type R chit or something.
Besides the B18a/b doesnt even have the plug cover, just the B16 and B18c

Most engines have intake sounds that sound like.... intakes, when opened up they all sound pretty close to each other as long as the engines are around the same size.

hyundai is closest to DSM motors... srt-4, 4g63, etc
the motor in my geneisis is pretty much the same thing as found in the lancer raliart

Didn't you learn from the "hot cheerleader gets inoculated, ends up only being able to talk while running or walking backwards" thread?!
