just a warning to you.. those skunk2 shocks need something really stiff like a skunk2 coilover ... prepare to be hitting bumpstops

coilover?? i really rather not have them, if your talking about adjustable ones... what about the skunk2 lowering springs???

why no coilovers? its not like you have to dump it out.. you can choose the ride stance you want

ive just always heard they are really hard to get setup... like getting the ride height equal all the way around...
so the skunk2 springs wouldnt be worth it???

what kind of spring rate should i be looking for to get close to what the coilovers are???

you can get the skunk2 springs for $175ish

:shrug2:

they cost about $100 less than the skunk2 adjustables

they have a static drop of 2.5" front / 2.25" rear

i know the coilovers are very stiff and without a lot of dampening give a rough bouncy ride (im assuming the skunk2 shocks you have would be fine for either)

2.5" is a pretty significant drop in my opinion.... but i tend to prefer a higher stance for my cars... so you may like the lower ride height

i just dont want that to happen... but then again im not trying to spend another 300 on a set of skunk2 coilovers, the site i got my shocks from is an authorized dealer and they have the springs for 160, so i thing im goin with skunk2 springs :D

Wow, if you use those on the skunk2 shocks they'll be dead in a week. $35 shocks are more than likely going to ride like total ass. I'd pick up the skunk2 springs.
