1. Tranquility (above)
For Sale: $100 million
Overlooking Lake Tahoe, this northern European-inspired mountain estate sits on 210 acres and the main residence comprises 20,000 sq ft.
I guess I'll take it.
Owned by Joel Horowitz, co-founder of Tommy Hilfiger.
Tommy Hilfiger Clothing was definitely a better choice than the Joel Horowitz Clothing.

EDIT: Click on the link. It tells you the monthly payment. $414,589. For a month. Holy Hell.

It also gives you the exact address. I see gang bangers taking road trips in the near future.

8. Bootjack Ranch (above)
For Sale: $68 million
Get your Rocky Mountain High without venturing very far with this 3,100-acre ranch located in the southern San Juan Mountains. Framed by 13,000-foot peaks in all directions, this ranch is filled with lush meadows, forests, tranquil lakes and rushing streams. The hand-crafted rustic main lodge has 13,800 sq ft. and with the multiple guest cabins, the property can easily accommodate 50 guests.

You should check out the estate I stayed in, in hawaii. It's legit. 20 million all day.

:werd:

Gorgeous!

I wonder what the property taxes are every year on 3100 acres?

Some odd shit in there though.. When you have more money than you know what to do with, you have to get really creative..

includes a massive 1,000-feet long, 36-foot high hand-chiseled stone wall imported from Jerusalem.

The 20,000 square-foot main house has seven bedrooms and 12 baths.

an exterior of French limestone, a four-story floating staircase, a roof with 19th century Florentine tile

its not the place, its the location you're paying for

yeah yeah yeah, i know.
id rather live further out than pay that much in rent.
lol.
its incredible how much places go in certain areas.

Number 8 by far would be the one I want, That is a freakin sweet house! And you know that place is damn near the most amazing thing you've ever seen in the winter time, let alone fall.

Edit:

Monthly payment $281,523, damn, I need to win the lotto...

If I won the lotto I wouldnt show it... I would live in a nice house nothing extravagant with what looked likes a normal garage on the outside.. but on the inside

:werd: i'd have an underground garage that was bigger than my house.. lol... but you'd enter through a regular garage door and drive down a ramp.. stealth y0!

Move in day would be interesting for your neighbors after you pulled car number 20 into your two car garage..
