Yup bought a house... I should close around the 20th. I'll post up pics once I move in.

Right on man.

Looks like a traditional house(probably a split level/trilevel) and some rv parking. Dig the rectangular lot.

cow country! lol
Uh directly to the north is a small dairy farm. In my back yard you can hear them mooing in the distance. The house has a 20'x22' attached 2 car. This spring I'll put up a 10x18 shed for my junk. The hose is a foreclosure, and hence needs some work. I prolly wont be online much in February due to the weeks of work it needs. Every wall is getting painted, every floor redone, and thinking about redoing the kitchen cabinets.

It's a good 1/8th mile away. It's really just someone's house with 5 or 6 cows. I myself have never lived out in the country. I was born and raised in the suburbs. Lucky for me Marysville stores are 10 minutes away and Columbus is a half hour. It's exactly 4 miles door to door to work. I will be riding one of my bicycles most days in the summer.

I got this house for a couple reasons.
Most neighborhood associations will disapprove of the things I do. I can shoot guns here (nothing behind the house for 1.5 miles), have large bon fires, run the welder and grinder at 3am and not piss people off, ect....

yeah, there's def some perks to not having neighbors, thats for sure.

Either way, enjoy.

Have fun mowing that yard. holy crap thats a nice size chunk of land. Looks promising though.

my dogs hate you.. lol.. they said they want ur yard..

but, congrats on the house...

how far are you from marion?

i'll be out there for a few days end of feb beginning of march.

Marion is about 20 minutes north of Marysville. When it get's closer PM me, and we should meet up.

Right now only half the yard is actually mowed. About from 70' from the back of the house to the end of the property, the previous owner just let it grow out. I'm not sure what I'll do with it. Behind my property is a fairly large pond the neighbor just put in. He keeps it stocked, and said I can fish any time I want as long as I throw them back.
