trying to decide on some new headphones to keep me zoned in at work
looking at skull candy

anyone know about them?
difference between hesh and GI, the basically look the same except one has a 40 vs 50mm driver

skull candy headphones are awesome from the little buds in the ear to the over the ear bass drivers. they all sound awesome. i highly recommend.
 
i have the cheapo skullcandy earbuds, they sound almost as good as the earbuds supplied with the iPhone.
 
I do have a friend that is pretty sworn against them, want me to see what he recommends? He's retarded techy about stuff like that.
 
The only reason I'm not a huge fan of them is that they've kind of become a fad. I see them everywhere these days. I'm a big fan of Sennheiser headphones.
 
i was eyeing up the skull candy headphones back in 2003, but i didn't want to spend the 50 bucks so I got a set of koss for $20
they were great until i blew them out
birthday time is coming around, so the old lady wants to get me a nice set
a a big reason I like them is because of the look, if i wanted a plain set i'd def go with koss again

my turtle beach will be here tomorrow, seem to be good from what ive read even though they are for xbox lol

Which one's did you get? I've got the X31's and they are freakin amazing
 
i have the skull candy earbuds.
i only got them because they were the cheapest, but i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound.
 
Ive got a set of Turtle Beach x41's for my home theater entertainment.

But I have been looking for some good high quility cans I can use with my Zune HD.
 
i've got a pair of the green ear buds, very nice sound quality

I find skullcandy is a bit over rated and trendy. I rocked them for a few years with ipods and such really they weren't all that great. They're marketed real well in the last few years so they were very popular, but not necessarily high quality.
