I just now noticed that you are allowing political discussions and that we've been doing it for some time.

Did you sell conflictingviews, or is it just that Cel is gone?

over a year ago i tossed it. it was actually just on ebay last week... they guy i sold it to was selling it

Yeah Conflicting Views died pretty fast it seemed. The other political debate forums I have been on have all died as well it seems. If its an election year then they are jam packed but then it turns into the same recycled stuff and people are just out right dick heads most of the time.
 
its because political debates are a lost cause.. everyone thinks they're right in the end anyways

And the sheer amount of trolls that visit them is enough to make you want to punch puppies. I was on one board that had a guy claiming that a Technocratic Totalitarianism state was the only answer. How in the hell do you even talk to someone like that?
 
the main issue with the site was that people refused to debate the issues.
i banned 50% of the members there. they felt it easier to say 'you're a retard' instead of 'this doesn't work because....'

it's just more proof that america is full of fucking retards. can't even hold a solid debate without resorting to name calling. And we wonder why divorce rate is so high.

aurging 101 should be a middle school program along side health class.
