i love looking at riding pictures and seeing everyone wearing gear. real riders cover their skin.

 awesome pics

I really want to start riding. I imagine it's a similar feeling to snowboarding by yourself when you're just cruising.

That is exactly why I want to take all of August off and just ride out west this year.

maybe going down hill on a pedal bike lol

My bike is like having a gun pointed at your head. Slip up and the trigger goes off.

However, sport touring bikes + great views offer some very relaxing riding for taking in the views. I guess in a sense it could be like being on a snow board if the hill your riding is beautiful.

that'll make a cool picture...

let me set-up the camera...

crash......

game over.....

or is it....

what mini-van did he crash into that had the first honest congressman-to-be riding in that got killed.... or killed the kid that would eventually cure the common cold...?

please ride to ride....don't take others safety into your hands to make a photo popular on the internet....

a one second glance at something else while traveling 55 mph will have made you 80 feet traveled distance that you were not watching.....66 mph is 100 feet of missed attentative driving....

and then posting it on the web....cool pics....but a real dumbass.

I ride no handed all the time I'd have no problem doing it and plan on doing it as soon as it gets nice. Notice that for the most part he's just pointing and shooting. set the camera to full auto and aim and shoot. take 300 pictures and get 20 good ones.

:withstupid:

toward the bottom of page 4 he clearly explained his technique

ADVrider - View Single Post - ! may be going to hell in a bucket,
Here you can see photo taking technique. Pull Canon 5D camera out of tankbag, point shoot left handed holding the camera from the top with 3 fingers. Eyes always on the road.

not that difficult and not really unsafe
his eyes are clearly on the road
the hand that matters is on the controls
