just swapped in a gsr swap into my wife's ej1, it runs pretty well, anthony the tuner guy from eastern idaho rode in it and said that it's a very healthy gsr motor. now to my question. I was supposed to buy a built gsr head from a guy (skunk2 everything) but i guess he sold it for more money. oh well. I heard that you guys know alot about the honda and acura stuff. Was wondering what would be a good healthy cam package to put on her car, and best intake manifold, and throttle body and size. I wanna go all motor for her and also have it stay reliable for her also cause it's a daily driver. Don't wanna spend too much but would be willing to pay the right price for good parts. Checked compression on her motor and it's a healthy 210 across the board. some people were saying to put skunk2 pro stage 3's on it, but i was thinking that would be to much lift for her stock motor. don't know much on these cars, only really know nissan z motors and such. all the help would be much appreciated, thanks, sonazty.

I'd go with Skunk2 all around. Great reliability, can go crazy or keep it simple. Sounds like you just want a decent package. I'd go Skunk2 Pro-series all around. There website has all the info. you'd ever need. Plus they will answer any questions you might have. Hope this helps.

thanks for the help, someone was telling me to just go with the street 2, that the pro series was a little to much for stock compression. any insight to this would help. would i have to degree the cams?

skunk2 springs and retainers have been known to have problems
if it were me id go brian crower valvetrain or supertech springs/retainers and bc cams
