Well, this is how I've been keeping busy during the freezing cold months of winter.

Here's a few pics of the kegs and the angle grinder jig I made.

Drilling the holes with step bits is a PAIN in the ASS. Don't get a cheap step bit, this one lasted one hole before I had to go buy a decent one.

Here's the 50' 1/2" coil. I wrapped it around a corny keg.

Tiny fingers are best for getting the dirt out of the crevices.
This will be the boil keggle.

Here's the Mash Tun and Hot Liquor Tank with valves and pickup tubes installed.

Now I need to order sight glass/thermometers, hose and quick disconnects, and a pump before this can proceed.

You would have LaBatt kegs. Haha. Looking sweet.

Sweet! How much did the copper pipe run you? I've been looking to make a compressed air dryer out of a coil of copper tubing like that, submersed in ice water to chill the air inside.

Is the littel girl a sercret ingredient..you might wanna chck your state and fedreal laws, im not sure you can boil children anymore....

other then that...kick ass setup

Didn't you see the last pic without the coil installed?

OPEN HEADER!!!

I keep meaning to get into home brewing, but I start shopping around and find the stuff I want (far be it from me to half-ass anything) And the costs run up to a thousand++, then I decide its silly to get into such a thing at such a great expense.. I wait a few months and the whole process starts all over again. I don't think I'll ever actually do it..

Looking damn good though. Maybe you can crank out an HS limited edition run of say, 2 million beers, and distribute them to us.. All in favor say aye!

Aye. Why don't you buy it piece by piece and sell product to recoup cost?
You need many permits/licenses/inspections to legally sell alcoholic beverages that you produce.

I don't think they can restrict you on bartering with it...

Honestly, you can get started with just a couple hundred bucks of equipment. That's what I did, but be prepared, after tasting the fruits of your labor, you'll be willing to blow a couple grand on nice stuff. I know if I had a couple grand, it'd be blown.
