I have a vx and I know its light as hell with no body moldings ac ps or even an indash clock. What about the cx? Does it have that stuff?
whats the difference between a eg vx and a cx?

The cx is the most light weight extreme base model. (desireable for builds)
The vx features the vtec E engine and came with very few options as well.. Vtec engages @2500 rpm and only on the intake side. This engine was not exactly built for performance but for incredible fuel mileage. You would more likely see some upgraded options in a vx.

The onlt option on the vx is rear defrost

ac is a factory option. i owned a vx with ac.

Both were like that unless some of the VXs I saw were modified.

Thanks for all the help. My vx came on 13 inch steelies and has a d15b 16 valve in it. I don't think it has vtec but I'm used to b series motors. Also my vs never had ac and has a passenger mirror. I don't know but I'm going to put my ls swap in it with a itr trany and a badass head and try to run 13s. Wish me luck

VX came with the same front lip spoiler as the Si. The car in the pic above this post is missing the lip.
