auto seat belts no go?

ok so i picked up a 90 lx sedan for a new dd and the auto seatbelts dont move. i checked the fuse pannel but i didnt see any for seat belts. anyone got any ideas?

my protege used to do that when it was really cold, but im assuming you've let it warm up (engine and interior) and still no go?

do both not work?

id just start pulling fuzes and see if any have popped.

yea ive done that...i think there may be a wiring issue somewere bc the cc is not working either.
