For you, I would suggest a header and exhaust system. Don't worry about pistons. You're not at that level yet. Honestly I wouldn't worry about pistons at all. This is a 4 door Accord we're talking about...
 
IMO, don't worry about improving the car. Concentrate on improving the driver. I'm willing to bet you have very little experience with basic driving, let alone anything performance oriented.

Improving your control and knowledge will give you better results than anything you can do with your car. Applying these enhancements to a car with well suited modifications will go a heck of a lot farther than just throwing money/parts at a car "and going fast".

Being loud doesn't help you go fast, nor does going fast mean you know how to control it...
 
ok thanks brutal. can you give me any good websites for header and exhaust site that have cheap (even though performance means money) but some are cheaper than others. so far i found raceinspired.com but it can be a little expensive
 
For a header that's not horribly overpriced but also isn't junk I would look at Megan Racing. You can go to their website or you can purchase them from lots of other places (E-Bay, etc.). I've had a Megan header on my Integra for about 3 years now and no problems with it so far.

Megan makes exhaust systems as well, so you could look into that. You can also just take your car to an exhaust shop and have them build something for you. For your application, I'd probably go with 2.25" piping, a straight-through resonator, and a straight-through muffler of some kind...
 
You could always do what other kids do to their Honda put intake lower It primer it black cut off your old muffler put a POS ricer muffler on and "GO FAST"
