where can i go to better pistons for my f23a1 vtec engine? oh and idk about rep i think im hated

I'm going against my own word here since I said that I wasn't going to help you anymore, but I just wanted to point out that this type of question is the reason that your reputation meter is that far in the red. The question you've asked is retarded.

"Durrr....tell me where to buy better pistons for my Accord plz...durr!"

What do you mean by "better"? What do you want to accomplish here? Do you want forged internals? Do you want to up your compression? Lower your compression? Do you want to boost or stay naturally aspirated?

Throw us a freakin' bone here as to what you're trying to accomplish with your car and then we can give you a better answer. If you're just going to ask questions that are super vague then don't bother, because no one's going to help you...

you do know that you cant just "put in better pistons" right???

If you add forged pistons you will have to add forged rods because they wont fit onthe stock rods.

you are talking about a full rebuild. make sure you know what your getting youself into.

no point in reading up if i dont know what im looking for...

So you figured that a better solution would be to just ask retarded, vague questions on an Internet forum???

Look dude, if you know nothing about modifying cars, then perhaps you should be asking us for resources to read up on rather then making retarded posts like: "I want parts that make me go FAST!!!!!1 DURRRRR, Show me where the go fast parts are plz!!!!!11"

Magana is absolutely correct. Adding new pistons to an engine isn't just a simple "unbolt the old one and bolt on the new one" type of deal like your intake was. You're talking about a complete engine tear-down here. Either go to the reference section and read up on the different types of modifications available, or just take your car to a local speed shop, tell them how much money you have to spend, and they'll tell you what they can do for you...

C'mon man, you know what your looking for. you want to add higher comp pistons, google that or even better buy a engine building book on ebay or amazon.

Everybody starts somewere I started by pulling apart lawn mower engines when I was 14-15. Then I would buy old, tired, smoking engines and rebuild em(again Lawn mower engines but bigger ones like twin piston or motor cycle engines.)

Now Im Building my own OEM high comp engine.

i take it everyone acts like a hardass over these posts...
but anyways rather than respond to them, brutal where can i read up on stuff to better enhance my car
