Engine swap help.....H22 tooooo.......

Alright so its been a while. Since my cars been sitting for about 2 years now and stuff like oil in my motor have went bad probably. Is there anyway i could swap it back to a single cam just to daily that thing? Whos have done it and do i have to change all the wires out?And my motors bar'd with the h22. HELP!!

no going from like and h22 back to like a f22 or a f23 no differnet wire has to be done except for removing the 3 vtech wire to go back to the sohc.
