[Acura LS B20]

My Acura has a b20 motor with a gsr head it has apexi vtec control and a chiped PR3 ECU its starting to blow out white smoke and when I get on the gas about 7000rpm it blows out black smoke my car is running very rich does anyone know why my car smoking

you have to find tyhe leak and stop it, could be a blown head gasket

more than likely you have to change the head gasket. Golden eagle and Comedic makes head gaskets for B20 Vtec.

Once you pull the head check the surface on the block and head to make sure they are flat, But they probably aren't. If the block is warped then you have to resurface it....looks like a rebuild for you. But if not then just buy a new head gasket and Buy a set of GSR ARP head studs and use em.

After all that, get your shit tuned.

You might wanna buy the ARP for B20 instead. They are cheaper based on aplication. That's what I did on my build (B20/B16head) and buy a original headgasket from Honda (try www.majestichonda.com). Make sure is white smoke and not white/blueish type smoke which could mean that youre burning oil! ;-)

No idiot, you dont want the head studs for the B20, The gsr and b20 have different head heights. you must use GSR Head studs on all B20/LS Vtec builds. Not even the b16 head studs will work.

Stock head gaskets have to be modified on a LSV, what you need is a Comedic or golden eagle LSvtec head gasket.

Please stop giving info that you dont know shit about.
