The car has an appointment at Dent Sport next Friday (4/30).

When I get it back, next purchase is tires for the wheels I picked up for it.
17x8, 17x9 Volk GTP's..offset should be decent for a flush fit

dont burn it :(

nice looking project! dont know much about rotaries, except that they are interesting :p

shitty... well good luck with the new build

So it went in and all we could do is load a (custom made by Chris@Banzai in IN) base map to get it to start and idle...cuz it was only running on 1 rotor

Well I traced that out to a faulty injector plug. The wire had broken inside the insulation about 2 inches from the plug...how the fuck that happened is beyond me but whatever, it was only 3 hours of my life with a stupid multimeter and testing injectors/rails/ect OFF THE MOTOR (the injectors are a bitch to get at on the motors, they're under the intake)

I'm still getting this weird issue where the car breaks up sometimes at anything over 25% throttle, I THINK its the TPS but who the hell knows. I rang out both side (has 2 sensors, a wide range and a narrow) and 1 side came back .3 ohms over spec (5.4 instead of a 5.1 max)...so maybe, we'll see when I find another one to swap in there

When it does run correctly its scary fast...so heres this for now:

YouTube - Modified 1991 Mazda RX7 Turbo II SC61 BB idle

-It shuts off after I rev it the 2nd time because I need to adjust a bleeder...I took the 2 stage fuel pump system out (resistor that cuts voltage to the pump at idle/cruising) and wired in a relay to get 12 volts all the time to the pump...the 1200's kind of need it
