Finally boostin my ls civic... let me know what you guys think of the set-up im going to run, if you think i need something else or think i need to change something let me know!

-Stock ls block
-3 angle valve job
-Port/polish head
-Supertech Dual Valve Springs/Retainers ((should i run oversized valves?))
-Crower stage 3 cams
-ARP Head Studs
-Cometic Headgasket
-Revhard stage 2 turbo kit
-Ebay FMIC kit (one of the nice one's i could find)
-TurboSmart WasteGate
-Custome Intake Mani (SlowMotion built)
-Walbro 255
-C&R Radiator

Looking to run anywhere from 8-14 lbs. Any suggestions on injectors?

Also anyone running a similar set-up that can let me know of the numbers there making? Thanks in advance

looks pretty good, but a stock ls block is going to be shaky at anything over 220whp IMO..
rest of the build looks good tho.

New block before you even think about pushing more than 8psi.

i should hope so. a tune makes or breaks the build. but sadly it is also one of the most commonly overlooked aspects of a turbo setup.

Ya im really not one of the people that likes to not finish something, just sucks i don't have money for the bottom end yet, wouldn't have bought anything for the head but i got one heck of a price for the parts.

Tuning setup? I would say any less than 650cc injectors will likely max the duty cycle with large cams like that. However, Crome will be tough to tune a comfortable idle with the larger injectors. Seems to be a nice setup with the exception that the block is stock... It would be wise to adhere to the stock redline as the LS motor's notoriously terrible r/s ratio will eventually get the best of your stock rods.

^agree

except the idle really shouldnt be that bad to get dialed in. my tuner had no problem on my RC 1000's and CROME.

IMO a stock block wont withstand the pressure you a re goin to force upon it

Do all of you have shit for tuners?? Or are all of you n00bs? PSI means shit, Its all in HP ratings. A stock LS block will take 300whp NO PROBLEM. B20 vtec will hold 300WHP no problem and reliable. remember people your not running 300whp all the time. But you cant just add boost and expect it to run strong for ever. You will need to freshen up the block. Light hone, new rings, new bearings, new gaskets and seals.

1000cc injectors is a must. Also you need to tune it.

im pretty sure that is what everyone was refering too. new block before he completely destroys his engine. we dont want another SI blow up.

Im saying just berings gaskets rings Maybe ARP rod bolts. Nothing more. You can run a fresh LS to 300whp on stock rods, stock pistons and stock sleeves with no problem.

exactly what I meant.. So b4 you start saying stupid s@&t read carefully b4 you start talking..

Didnt say stupid shit, You didnt make yourself clear. If you would have then I wouldnt be talking shit. So Stupid, Type and post carefully b4 you post Idiot.

unsure as to why i was quoted? lol

i say 220whp because you really have no idea who could be tuning the car.
