yes its an app for a droid that is what makes it awesome you type in the number of whom you will be pranking and also type in whatever number you want it to show on there id and pick the prank record it and listen after the call is completed. They give prizes away for the best prank.

Not to be Debbie Downer or anything but dont most states have an issue with recording a conversation without the othe parties consent? Would be pretty shitty to get sued over a lame ass prank call.
