I'm going to spend tomorrow afternoon to prep my car for the meet. I should wax it, I have quite a few swirls and things that I think could be cleaned up.

Whats a good wax for the money? I'm not looking for the best stuff out there but a good value wax.

lucas makes some good stuff bro i use it but my car has no swirl marks in it so not sure how it will work w that.. but its lucas, ya know its good stuff lol

claybar w/ a buff afterwards and it'll look amazing.. i can guarantee

i just use plain old turtle wax carnuba wax. comes in a squirtbottle.

or if you follow my white car compound and wax thread, well... there you go ;)

I found half a tub of old turtle wax and it worked fine.

BEFORE you can kinda see the scratches.

Matt and I are in Kent now, nice drive. :)

Stuff in general is a lot cheaper down here! I was blown away when we hit the grocery store lol.

We can't get liquor in a grocery store...that was a bit weird...and energy drinks in HUGE bottles...can't get that either.:(

Anyway, we're stoked to be here and can't wait to rock our first meet. :D

i like meguiars wax and tire shine.

That's what I use also. Great stuff.

Also there's this stuff called Jax Wax- you have to order it off their site and it's a little more pricy than your typical parts store/wal mart stuff, but well worth it. I use Meguiars throughout the year, and the Jax Wax right before a big car show. It makes a huge difference.
