What should I get? The Accord is getting up there in miles, and I've had it for quite a while, so it looks like time to trade her in. I'm banking on getting about 700 out of her I hope, and I'll put it up on here when it comes time to sell. I'm saving up, and I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch, but I'm thinking I'm going to be paying around 2-3000, probably closer to 3.

What I'm looking for:
*Dependability- It has to get my ass to and from school and work (100 miles/weekish)with little to no questions asked.
*Fuel Economy- I'd like 30+.
*Comfortableish- Might make a trek to Colorado this summer, and I don't want my ass to get sore by the end of the on-ramp.
*Must have a back seat- I've got my CRX to not haul people in.
*Must be a stick shift- I'm not doing auto.
*Parts don't rape me- I've had a BMW. If I wanted that again I'd buy a BMW.

That being said I've been looking at an EK coupe. I really wouldn't mind a nice Ex if I can find one. I'd really like a sunroof, but it's not a necessity. An EG hatch has also crossed my mind, but only if it's really clean, sub 150-170k. Another thing that crossed my mind briefly is Subaru, but all I'm really finding are wagons. Meh. Any suggestions?

Don't care too much for that body style. Kinda leery about getting a swapped vehicle, but I won't rule it out.

then get a bone stock ex. they come with a good d16z6. probably one of the best cars i've owned.

you could also get a 96-00 civic. it might not be the best condition though.

I probably will wind up with a 96-00. I've been doing some CL digging, and they seem to be present at least, from time to time for that price.

you could get a DA integra or an older eclipse. just about anything you want. just look from 90-95 or so.

an old sentra se-r would be a good choice too.

what about an older CR-V? you could prob. find one cheap. it dependable, 4 wheel drive, good on gas, and its still honda. i would look into one of them.

Agree with DA teggy but not the eclipse. Why? because the trannys suck and they always break down.

An ek would make a great choice. A corolla around the same years would also be nice. Not quite as fun to drive, but a little cheaper to buy.

Thought about a 94-97 Accord? They're good looking, little bit bigger then a Civic or Integra, and still get about 30 miles per gallon. If you can find a coupe they're really pretty sporty looking...

Didn't really think about another Accord. They are pretty nice looking, and I really like the F22, but at the same time I'd kinda like a civic.

Fly out to NH. I'll sell you my LS swapped 95 coupe with all new parts. Tires, struts, shift linkage, wheel bearings, brakes, lines, all tuneup parts, battery in trunk, and a bunch of other shit. The drive from here to there is about 12 hours. $2000

I'll snap some tomorrow and post them. I just drove it today. I always forget what a beast it really is.
