the living/dining, kitchen areas look pretty good.
although, i would go through and get all of the random wires out, then retake the pics. makes it look nicer, and not like you have to have random wires all over the place to live there.

on the bedroom, i would remove the office chair and stuff in that area to make it just a bedroom.
where are the pics of bedroom 2?

bathtub looks a little grimy around the edges, should get that cleaned up and retake the pics too.

looks like a pretty nice place, just do some staging in some areas, and go from there.

One thing I wanted to point out is that the condo fees/taxes on the form type description are listed as a yearly amount of $350 and in your typed description it's $350/month which I believe would be the correct amount.

Other than that it looks pretty good. Might want to add pics of 2nd bedroom as stated above.

Good luck.

Really? the bathtub is spotless upclose, i just checked it.

I'm getting laminate floor put in this week in the 2nd bedroom so i'll wait for those pictures.

nothing i can do about the wires unless i don't want to use my computer or i wanna fork out the cash for shitty wireless equipmentwhich is not an option. it's not a luxory condo so i am not worried about it.

no, you dont have to permanently get rid of it, just remove it for the pictures.
then put it all back. makes the pictures much nicer.

and im not sure what it is with the tub then, but if you look at the pics you posted, in the corners where the wall tiles and the tub meet, it looks discolored. could just be the flash making it look different.

350/month condo fees? holy crap! i moved out of my place when they went from 125 to 150 citing "this is ridiculous". I guess with heat included it kinda averages out, but it is still a pretty steep fee IMO.

The price seems right until i saw that. I think that will be a huge turn off for buyers unfortunately :(

When i first moved in 11/2006 the fee's were $280. It has been a rediculous increase but I have seen my girlfriends eletrcity bill in the winter(elec heat) it averages around $375 + she has condo fee's of $215.

My average electrity bill is $65 and with the condo fee's of $350 your looking at $415 vs $590 where she lives so it really does work out better this way.

I can leave the heat on all winter long and not have to worry about huge monthly bills.

yeah, if i were a tropical person, it would work in my favor. but since i'm not, that would be a turn off to me as i'm responsible with the thermostat and woudln't abuse it, yet would be paying for others....

hey! your condo assn. is socialist :D

Looks nice, but yeah man...those are some crazy condo fees. I thought mine were bad at 290...but this includes earthquake insurance which literally money can no longer buy in CA.

The thing that really gets me is the high percentage of that fee relative to the condo value. Mine is like 290/350K vs your 350/125K. However, part of this is that I don't understand this concept of heating costs.

Good luck with selling it, whoever buys that is going to get a lot more condo for their money than I got.
