Hey guys. This maybe a stupid question but I've looked around and haven't figured out how to make a '90 exhuast fit on '95 headers. I'm swapping f22b for the 90's f22a and I'm using the new headers of course. But the ears of the Cat and headers are different. Is this just a welding issue?

Yep, Youll have to cut the flanges off and weld them where they need to be to line up with the exhaust. Or you could go to an exhaust shop and have them make a whole custom exhaust for you.

Wait, if your swapping a 90 engine into your 95, and your using stock exhaust manifolds, why not use your F22b exhaust manifold and bolt it to the F22a? Are you shooting for the F22A4 at least? or did you blow your F22b and just happen to come across a cheap dependable engine?

Though I would simply swap the who manifolds and make life easier on myself instead of having someone weld it and worry if the welds are strong enough or correctly sealed.

Swapping 95 into my 90. Using 95 manifold and headers. Should I use 95 cat and weld 90 exhaust cat back?

Ok this is what I'm trying to get to. Is the "headers" that your using from the 95 an aftermarket part at all? or is it the usual rusty ass manifold? Because if you still have your 1990 exhaust parts. theeeeeeen it just might be a lot fucking easier to bolt shit instead of doing some fucking ass tarded welding all over fucking parts that didnt need to be fucking fucked with in the first fucking place.
