So following this thread with the 18 inch wheel: https://hondaswap.com/auto-multi-media/big-fat-tires-ruckus-15-18x10-501717/

I thought I'd show you guys what that wheel was going onto. We're just playing around so far, and the front end is ugly- but hey, this stuff is fun. The fun bits are masked of to keep the haters from pointing out how ugly everything is.

Enjoy.

:D

God damn, let's see the ugly ass front end. You can always make a fairing or something to put over it.

you guys should make some adapter for the rear wheel.. so you can flip it around.. it'd have to be like 6" though

also, you guys gonna roll w/ some Ruckus crews when these are done.. lol

So, what's the weight up to now? and, are they running the the 150 swap or what? and, how much power does it make?

P.S. It actually looks pretty cool

yea.. seems like you'd need the extra power from the 150cc to move it w/ the extra weight

well.. that sure is interesting alright. i kinda like it. feel like a perv though as i try to guess whats behind the censored portion of the image lol

I see a new ruckus trend on hand. Pretty soon there may be Can-am conversion kits to come. Those who are into the early building and designing aftermarket parts on these things better start copy righting. There's money to be made.

these guys must be really bored... lol someone give them a car to build :D

Got one. :D

That's the idea- so pics after the cover. The welding jig is still in place, so we'd rather just hide everything for now and not give anything away. :)

Not sure- that's quite a cantilever on the swing arm.

Thanks, and yeah- it's running the GY6 150cc engine. No clue on power- it's not going to be too fast, at least not yet- just fun for cruising.

:lmao:

:werd: would clean up the look significantly

Still not too sure about that.

We demand a vid of you wheelying it.

Maybe on another one we have planned for the near future!

Phillip actually calls it the "Ruckus-Am."

Maybe an upgrade swap in the near future? Like possibly a honda cbr 600cc swap... ;)

i figured thats why.. looks like you need to find a extremely negative offset wheel then.. lol

Possibly- he used what was lying around the shop. Cheap is the name of the game.

Nah, that's quite a bit of work- and then you don't really have a scooter anymore since you have to shift.

you need something like this on the back.. lol
