Got a 91 Accord SE with over 300k on it, wanna do an engine swap, but i wanna build it myself, any suggestion?

plus how would i go about doing a tranny swap ( auto 2 manual)?

i want something i could build myself

What kind of answer are you looking for here? An H22A is the perfect swap for your car. It's pretty much a bolt-in swap. If you don't feel like you can work on an H22, then there really aren't any other swaps that I would recommend to you. Honda motors aren't that complicated....

Well technically if you are swapping your gonna have to buy something, unless you plan on stealing everything. I'm not sure how you are trying to get away with a swap and not buy anything. That F22a you got is one of the best motors honda has ever made. Unless you are sticking a K24 in there (hasport does make the kits for it) i would just boost that F. Or hell, call up bisimoto.

i wanna do a swap that i can build from the bottom up, not buy.

How do you expect to do a motor swap and build and not spend any money on it? I still don't understand what you're asking for here. If you're just wanting a basic motor to build up, then no need to swap at all. Rebuild your stock engine and put a turbo on it. That should easily get you in the 200+ wheel horsepower range...

Ok thank brutal, but what i actually wanted to do was a build from scratch including parts from this engine i got. I wasn't into adding a turbo, i wanted to see if i can get pure power from an engine itself.
