I start at Bank of America on Monday.

Title is Operations Specialist, whatever the fuck that means lol. JK, it has something to do with research and mortgages.

Pay is okay...much better than $0 which is what I've been earning for the last 10 months.

It is at an undisclosed location in Southern California but it is in the limits of Ventura County.

The best part is that we can finally move the fuck out of our parents' house. It has been way too long. Fuck this recession.
 
so you got a new job and dont' know what you are doing or where you are doing it???
 
yeah dude, 80 shirts aren't in you budget. hit up tj maxx, marshalls, etc etc and get last years shirts for 20
 
Congrats son. I agree though, you don't need to have 80 dollar shirts at this very moment.

I own one $80 shirt but usually they have very reasonable sales. I'm pretty good at shopping. I find nice solid clothes for pretty great prices.

And why not TJ's or Marshall's? Because I'm 5'9", 240 lbs. with a 36" waist. There ain't a fucking thing there that will fit me...Plus, if no one else wanted to buy it when it was new, why would I want to buy it after it's been passed around from wholesaler to wholesaler?

Ya I'm kind of picky about clothes.
 
how do you have a 36" waist at 240 and 5'9 ?

Congrats man.

When I first started working I went to the thrift shop and bought a bunch of work shirts for 3 bucks each (it helped a lot that the thrift shop was in Santa Monica, they were nice brands)

3 years later, I work for a bank also now, most of my shirts come from Express and some custom made ones have even snuck in there thanks to the gf.
 
Nice dude. So you live pretty close to me then. Where do you work?
 
Congrats on the job man. Seems like a decent amount of unemployed members are getting jobs now. I just started back as a driver at a local pizza shop, the pay is eh, tips are good. Its not a highly respectable job, but its money.

I could definitely cut up but I have pretty big arms, back and chest just from years of weights and hard work and steroids, prescribed or otherwise.
