Took the wheel off today and found that the impact screws are rounded the fuck out. Ones broke off and one is pretty bad in the middle. My question is, should I replace them? If I can't get the rounded one out should I drill it out or what? I have an impact driver, I'm just not sure what to do about it.

I had an ef same thing. Had ppl tell me it didn't matter if the little screws were there or not. Drove it probably 15k miles without them. I really don't see what they do.

Should I get them from Honda or what? Drilling them out isn't going to hurt my hub at all?

Neither of my cars have them, the EF had one in it when I bought it and the EG didnt have them at all. If you drill the head off the screw enough to pull the rotor you should be able to grab it with a pair of vise grips once the rotor is off, and remember heat is your best friend.

What are they really for? Doesn't look like they go to anything. They sure as hell don't hold the wheel on or the caliper, so what use are they?
