Super Street Fighter 4

Anyone in here got the game for the PS3?

My fakking amazing gf got me a PS3 w/Final Fantasy XIII around June and I already gained 99.99 hrs and completed everything on it. And I just recently picked up Super Street Fighter 4, but dont really have anyone to play.

Anyway, my tag is " endlesszeal. "

yeah the popularity is whinning a little. In honesty, SF4 isnt really that great of a game.

Its alright, but slow and scrub friendly. Gives too many chances for turtling and come backs. But since its the only Street fighter people are playing now, I dont have a choice but to play it as well.

Im pretty decent at it, so if anyone just wants to learn the basics, gameplay or whatever to Street fighter, Im more than willing to teach =).

i just cant get myself to buy an xbox, even though they are basically giving them away right now. i really hate the controllers and not many games i want to play for it except Forza.

btw, if anyone has an arcade stick they want to get rid of, pm me. =)

arcade stick would make SF4 so much more fun to me... my thumb starts hurting after a while playing w/ the controller

Oh, I did buy SF4 a few weeks after it came out, and also bought a tournament edition fight stick AND the American style octagonal gate. Love being able to mod it with real Sanwa parts.

the tournament edition already has all sanwa parts; stick and butoons. the cheaper fightstick doesnt have em, but it doesnt make sense to get it because:

a) lighter
b) inferior parts

by the time you mod it, itll be close to how much the tournament edition cost. $20 for stick plus at least 6 buttons at $3 each ($18) and youre right $88. That doesnt even cover the shipping for the parts, so i would say $100 for the fightstick with sanwa mod.

now seimitsu is a different ball game. im not aware of ANY stick that comes with them. however its all down to peference and i love the sanwa's.

happs are just junk. the only happ work getting is the 360 stick with competition buttons, but i dont like the bat-style stick. i hate the american style and i dont play marvel so im good with any tournament edition stick. ^_^

Yeah I know it has Sanwa parts already... I just don't like the square gate. Swapping it out for an octagonal one made a HUGE difference.
