Recently swapped a jdm b18c obd1, It's bone stock right now and plan on getting headers, exhaust, intake and cold air soon.

I was wondering what else I could add to get more hp besides forced induction.

Thanks!:)

On another note, this is my second car and first swap. So I'm still new to this.

besides forced induction... you could achieve more power with

nitrous
cams
pistons (increased compression)
port and polish
increase the displacement
tune
intake manifold
throttle body
better intake
better header
better exhaust

you can also do things like weight reduction... that do not raise the actual numbers but put your power to weight ratio in a better direction

theres a ton of things you can do to get more power... it really all depends on your budget and how crazy you want to go
however there are limits to what you can do and remain reliably streetable...
what are your goals?
how much money do you want to throw at it?

Well I was looking for around 300 hp. It's my daily driver, also I live like 15minutes from a local track.

300hp. Without forced induction on a honda motor would require a pretty serious build buddy. If you wanna stay all motor, shoot for 250ish and with good traction you'll be high 12's\low 13's once you learn how to drive better.

Wait 300 hp, do you mean whp or hp @ the crank? Either way

...to make 250whp NA its will be a serious build.

you wont make 300whp with bolts on...
you wont make 250whp with bolts on...
you wont make 225whp with bolts on...
you wont make 200whp with bolts on...

All the bolts on in the world and you'll probably be setting right at 180whp on a stock GSR.

If you break it open, bump compression, add some good cams and all the supportive mods that go along with that stuff on a GSR you still wont break the 220 mark. and by the time you do you'll be pretty deep into and youll then realize you should have went turbo for your 300hp DD goal
