hey guys, i have a 99 civic and im swapping a b20 non vtec motor, my question is do i the ac bracket even if im not putting my ac compressor? If so can i use any b series ac bracket or just the delsol vtec and crv ones.. thanks!
Well, you need the mount, you just don't need to make sure your compressor can bolt to it. The AC bracket is also the front left torque mount, you need it, unless you're using something like Hasport motor mounts, their strong enough to hold without them.
Yes, you do need the Left torque bracket even without the AC, and I've read before all B series have that same bolt pattern for the bracket. the only thing I would check with your seller is the length of the stud on it.
