I met some dude today and bought a set of ls mesh that I found on CL. When I pulled up to his house he had a 95+ teg with a jdm front end and said it was his "race car". When I asked him what was in it he said it was a stock gsr with the typical bolt ons H/I/E. Then he tells me he raced a Cobalt SS and beat him by two car legnths. then said he runs 13.2s in the quarter. Is this even anywere near the trueth a stock GSR 13.2? Oh and it had all its interior and everything.

GSR with rims and boltons might get you 14.7.

Cars that run low 13's = modded versions of the following: WRX, EVO, 240sx w/SR20DET or Boosted KA, Mustang, Camero.

If your Civic or Integra gets that low its probably gutted or un-drivable as a daily car in whatever forum it was on the track.

my full interior 95 integra ran 13.2s with a built b20vtec with a supercharger at 7psi... if that tells you anything about how truthful this guy is.
 
my point was that a bolt on gsr is lucky to even break into the 14s. and low 13s is nothing to sneeze at, its enough to take out most anything on the street.
