h22 swap in a integra

hey im new to this swap and this site.. i've done a k swap but i wanna kno what do i need for a h swap like ecu,wiring (harnest), and the cost on motor mounts and im tryna save more money by using the same H tranny and im still deciding to get a h22 or h23 not looking to go top speed for now just need a swap and i herd that h23 cant take to much beating or the pistons will go can someone help me thnx
 
Why not stay b series? B series trans are way better and the motors in general can handle more of a beating, and rev higher.

true but i still have to get the plate so i can go h2b will save more money if i just get the h tranny unless someones selling 1 for cheap ill go h2b
 
I think he meant why not just put a B-series swap in it? It will bolt right in with no after-market mounts required and will be much cheaper and less of a hassle then the H. You did say you're not going for top speed, so if this project is just a "get the car running good" type of deal, then B-series is definitely the way to go here...

yeaa true i just got that i dea today when i was at work and also b series will save me money and i can make some speed out of it
